CNC Miller HURCO Days

We are looking for an 3 & 4 axis CNC Miller Decent rates of pay dependant on experience (£17 to £19) £40k
40hrs a week - 8am to 4.30pm
Overtime available (paid at time and a 3rd)

This role is all about low quantity and high precision, we need an Engineer capable of (as a minimum) setting and operating 3 & 4 axis CNC Mills.
The right candidate will have a proven background in tight tolerance machining, minimal scrap, have a fantastic attitude and be willing to learn
Key Responsibilities:
Set, Operate, edit (as a minimum) and programming (WinMax/Conversational) would be an advantage on 3 & 4 axis milling machines (HURCO)
Deburring and self-inspection
Checking of components to ensure parts are to drawing and of an acceptable standard
A good knowledge of tooling specifications and cutting data.
Essential:
1. Machinists with previous experience in a sub-contract or busy machine shop
1. To be a confident CNC Miller with the ability to set and operate CNC Mills without assistance.

Hurco machining knowledge an advantage or a minimum of 3 years production experience
