Anderson Knight is recruiting for a Helpdesk Operator for a well-established and evolving company based in Glasgow.
The role is to manage all incoming calls, emails and automated work requests and log onto internal system. To field any queries or escalations to ensure positive outcome is reached.
Typically, you will be office-based working on a shift rotation, working 1 weekend in every 4.
Week 1:
Monday, Tuesday: OFF Wednesday, Thursday: 10am - 8pm, Friday: 8am - 2:30pm Saturday & Sunday: OFF
Week 2:
Monday to Friday: 8am - 4pm, Saturday & Sunday: OFF
Week 3:
Monday to Thursday: 8am - 4pm, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: OFF
Week 4:
Monday, Tuesday: 10am - 8pm, Wednesday & Thursday: OFF, Friday: 12pm - 8pm Saturday, Sunday: 8am - 8pm
Main duties and responsibilities are:
· Can confidently manage incoming calls and queries.
· Ensure calls and queries are directed to the appropriate people and/or department.
· Manage any escalations received and escalate as per appropriate process.
· Assist with ADHOC administration where required.
Key attributes and skills:
• Extensive administration knowledge on Excel and Microsoft packages.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• Experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.
