Legal Secretary - Residential Team Location: Telford - Onsite Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 Join a distinguished regional law firm known for its commitment to excellent service and a supportive work environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary to become an integral part of a dynamic Residential Property team in Telford. Key Responsibilities: Manage file opening/closing and draft relevant correspondence. Complete various conveyancing administrative tasks including Land Registry applications and submission of Stamp Duty returns. Ensure client care and engagement throughout the conveyancing process. Assist with file management and the progression of client matters. Perform general secretarial duties such as typing, photocopying, and diary management. Essential Requirements: Proven experience in a legal secretary role, preferably within residential property. Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office.
