This is a full-time on-site role as an Estimator/QS. As an Estimator/QS you will be responsible for estimating project costs, carrying out quantity surveying tasks, and assisting with project management. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting cost analysis, preparing estimates and quotations, managing budgets, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
Qualifications
* Experience in construction estimation and quantity surveying
* Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
* Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
* Proficiency in using estimation software and MS Excel
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Effective communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Relevant certification or degree in quantity surveying or a related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
