As a Registered Children's Home Manager, your role will be to ensure that the home environment provides the necessary support, fostering a sense of security, protection, and motivation for both staff and young individuals. In recognition of your dedication and hard work, we offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package in the care sector. An annual bonus of 6% of your salary
* £250 per weekend on-call (approximately 8 times a year)
