As a Registered Children's Home Manager, your role will be to ensure that the home environment provides the necessary support, fostering a sense of security, protection, and motivation for both staff and young individuals. Overseeing day-to-day operations within the home and ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards empowers young people to reclaim their childhoods and pave the way toward becoming well-rounded adults. Actively participating in new referrals, you'll know that you are contributing to a home within the UK's leading provider of specialised education and care.
In recognition of your dedication and hard work, we offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package in the care sector. An annual bonus of 6% of your salary
* £250 per weekend on-call (approximately 8 times a year)
* Attendance allowance of up to £1,400 per year
* Long-term incentive bonus of up to 30% of your annual salary

* Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
