Unqualified Teacher/Cover Supervisor

£450-£650 per week
If you have a passion for educating, are innovative and committed to raising standards then you could be the ideal candidate to be a Cover Supervisor.
Currently I am working with Secondary schools across all of the Shropshire area. We have daily, short term and long term work opportunities available with them and can offer regular work and excellent pay rates for Cover Supervisors.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage classrooms during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring a positive learning environment.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and support students in their learning, following the school's policies and curriculum guidelines.
Maintain discipline and manage behavior, fostering a safe and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.
Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain continuity in students' education and support their progress.
Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of students at all times, following school policies and procedures.
Engage in professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
A passion for working with young people and supporting their educational journey.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to different subjects and year groups.
Resilience and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
