Asset Manager – Facilities Management – Hull – £45k Plus excellent benefits
This company, a National player in the FM world, require an Asset Manager to be based at their world class client’s site based in Hull. Salary: £45k plus excellent benefits

Location: Hull
Hours of Work: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Role Responsibilities:
- support the Asset & Governance Manager & on-site Operations Team in the development and delivery of long-term asset management strategies, providing direction and guidance to delivery teams.
- with in house IT department and Operational Asset Management teams to maintain and develop data quality analysis methodologies to optimise system performance.
- processes, procedures and asset data quality are being implemented and maintained.
- for validating targets and performance measurement indicators, monitoring compliance, benchmarking asset data and performance across a diverse range of asset portfolios and contracts.
- industry leading processes and strategies are deployed and developed to ensure consistent performance and quality standards for planned and reactive works in consultation with customers.
- and maintain effective lifecycle asset models, to produce optimal asset operation, replacement and refurbishment plans and associated capital investment plans.
- and integrate with Building Information Modelling (BIM) projects from Client construction and refurbishment schemes.
- Asset Management Systems based on ISO 55001 and transferring best asset management practice across all accounts. To include undertaking audits and assessments, supporting mobilisations, Asset Onboarding, and improvement measures on existing accounts.
The successful candidate:
- to at least HNC / HND standard (or equivalent) in a relevant hard services discipline is desirable but not essential.
- experience in asset management, lifecycle management, customer service and change management activities/fields.
- of change management tools and techniques and best practice asset management.
- have a IAM Certificate in Asset Management, ideally the IAM Diploma.
- IT skills including a good working knowledge of MS Office 365 applications combined with a detailed understanding and appreciation of CMMS / CAFM systems or similar.
- understanding of data analysis techniques, MS Excel, Sequel data bases and MS Access.
- appreciation of corporate real estate and property management, desired.
- membership of one or more of the following: IAM, IET, CIBSE, BIFM, IFMA, RICS or other, desired. Experience of best practice standards including BSRIA Business-Focused Maintenance and ISO 55001.
