This esteemed care facility is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care within its 23-bed general healthcare unit.
The role promises a supportive environment where your expertise will be valued and your contributions will directly enhance the quality of life for residents. The working hours for this permanent role are 8-8 working on a 7 day rota, the hourly rate is circa £21 meaning you could earn £39,000 on a 36 hr contract or £45,000 based on a 42 hr contract, not bad
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
* Act as a mentor to junior staff, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Proven experience in a similar healthcare setting, preferably within a care home environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A compassionate nature and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality care.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
