Our client is a Midlands based Software Development company offering Identity Access Management, Secure Payments, personal data management to companies Nationally.

They are looking for a permanent individual to join their expanding team and who is able and willing to attend their Birmingham based office at least one day a week.

They are seeking to hire a Software Developer with experience and expertise in developing robust and scalable solutions using the Microsoft .net technology stack. This is an exciting time to join the company as it plans to grow its product offering into the UK market place and as a result a new developers and testers are being recruited to meet this growth. You will also need the ability to work in a local independent team or as part of a co-located team with other UK based team members.

The role itself is very varied and will require the following skills and experience:nAnalyse software requirements to create technical and end user specifications.nDesign robust and scalable solutions in an Agile environment.nCreate and maintain unit tests.nTest and review code for technical accuracy, standards, and functional compliance to the design.nPerformance improvement and refactoring of legacy codenWork within deadlines in relation to product release timelines, and consistently complete assigned development tasks in required timeframesnFollow and contribute to software development processes and standards

Essential RequirementsnMid to Senior Level in software application development in C#, MS.Net Frameworks.nExcellent knowledge of Object-Oriented ProgrammingnExcellent knowledge of Relational Databases (SQL Server)nExcellent knowledge of modern IDEsnStrong written and verbal communication skills are essential.nWinforms / WPF is essentialnSQL Server / TSQL / Performance tuningnTesting frameworks such as NUnit and MSTestnGITnJIRA
