Be part of a team that celebrates diversity, equity, and respect.As an Infrastructure and Development Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial and Investment Banking team, you will design, build, and maintain robust AI/ML infrastructure. You will leverage AWS, Terraform, and Python to create secure and scalable environments for model deployment. Collaborating with internal teams, you will contribute to a culture of innovation and ensure our solutions align with the firm’s technology strategy. Your work will help promote operational efficiency and support our commitment to excellence.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, engineer, and implement AI/ML infrastructure solutions using AWS, Terraform, and Python Ensure scalability, security, and operational efficiency in all infrastructure projects Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and optimize performance Automate provisioning and management processes to enhance stability and reduce manual tasks Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate architectural designs and technical credentials Align solutions with existing systems and cloud architecture Contribute to a team culture that values opportunity and respect Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and expanding applied experience. Proficiency with AWS technologies, including EKS, S3, Database, and Lambda Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code and automation Competence in Python programming Strong problem-solving abilities Willingness to learn new technologies and processes Experience in infrastructure engineering, implementation, testing, and operational stability Familiarity with continuous delivery methods and infrastructure lifecycle management Proficiency in infrastructure applications and technical processes within cloud computing and automation Understanding of AI/ML model purposes and functions Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with business stakeholders Knowledge of financial services industry IT systems Degree-level education Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExperience supporting AI/ML model deployments in production environments Advanced knowledge of cloud security best practices Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools Experience working in large, matrixed organizations Exposure to regulatory requirements in financial services Strong documentation and technical writing skills Ability to mentor and support junior engineers ABOUT USJ.P.
