About the role:

If so, we have an incredible opportunity that you won’t want to miss As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children’s learning and development. Whether you’re a qualified TA or someone with experience in education, your work will involve assisting with boosters and interventions, helping children to reach their full potential. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring that every child gets the attention they need to succeed. Application Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in Key Stage 1.
• Experience in providing support for boosters and interventions.
• A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their best.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide targeted interventions to help students overcome learning challenges.
• Assist with classroom management and the preparation of learning materials.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued.
• Work with small groups and one-on-one to support children with special educational needs.
