A Plumber/Multi is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.
What does a Plumber/Multi role entail:
General leak detection and fault finding
Cut out and renew a section of a stack pipe/ between two floors
Renew waste pipe back to stack
Renew kitchen waste between two flats
Cut out and renew cold down service
Renew the mains drinking water between flats
Remove and refit kitchen base units/ general carpentry
Requirements for the Plumber/Multi role:
Must be able to deal with tenants/ have social housing experience
Full UK Driving License (manual) - Mobile Role
