The Role:
So, what will you be doing as an Engineering Project Manager?
Lead the planning and execution of complex electronic projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Drive the design and development process for high-stakes electronic subsystems.
Actively manage project phases from inception to production, including risk, stakeholder, compliance, and configuration management.
Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor project progress and performance.
What are we looking for in our next Engineering Project Manager?
Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in best practices, including Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Compliance Management, Configuration Management, and Earned Value Management.
Proven Delivery Success: Experience managing significant projects or programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Engineering Background: A foundation in engineering development, ideally with experience in complex systems or electronic units.
Influential Communication Skills: Ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
