Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Salford with flexibility for some remote work. As an Assistant Solicitor at TPF Law Ltd, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to clients following EL/PL/OL and higher value RTA matters, conducting research tasks, drafting legal documents, managing and litigating fast and intermediate track cases, and undertaking negotiations. You will also be expected to interact with clients to ensure their needs are being met and their expectations are reasonable, as well as provide reports to senior colleagues and management. Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a practicing certificate, or equivalent legal qualification.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with excellent knowledge of law and legal procedures.
• A client-focused approach with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of professional integrity, discretion, and judgment.
• Experience with case management software and document management systems.
• Demonstrable proficiency in using technology tools, including Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, and other communication platforms.
