Regional Field Sales Engineer
Key Performance Areas
* To deliver year on year sales growth on the full range of product.
* To drive continuous improvement activities within customers and to effectively operate all sales channels.
* Maintain and strengthen business relations with customers and channel partners.
* Drive and implement business action plans.
* Maintain and develop new and existing customers.
* Lead the launch of new products and services to assigned accounts.
* Adhere to company policy and procedure during day-to-day business activities.
Profile
* Must possess a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes.
* Must have a through knowledge of the application of cutting tools and ideally experience working with 5 axis machine centres.
* Strong negotiator and influencing skills.
* Independent, self-directed and results orientated.
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills both written and orally.
EXPERIENCE
* Strong engineering background obtained through on the job exposure or relevant apprenticeship.
* Must have a thorough knowledge of the application of cutting tools and ideally experience working with 5 axis machine centres.
* Proven sales experience within the metal cutting industry is desirable.
