Job Responsibilitie

  • s:Dealing with a ll of the company's internal legal affair
  • s；Providing legal opinions and suggestions for the company's business decision
  • s;Cooperating to deal with relevant legal affairs in the company's business process, and ensuring the legal compliance of the company's activitie
  • s;Providing timely suggestions on problems arising in the company’s operation to reduce and avoid risks in the company's business activitie
  • s;Responsible for drafting, reviewing and revising various legal documents and contracts, and coordinating the negotiation, signing and performance of contract
  • s;Providing legal advice and guidance to other departments of the company, and organizing relevant legal training to other departments of the compan
  • y;Assisting to solve relevant legal disputes, providing legal opinions to the legal disputes, dealing with the company's litigation/arbitration cases and formulating relevant litigation/arbitration strategies and solution
  • s;Engaging and evaluating the external lawyers, work with external lawyer
  • s;Dealing with other daily legal work and other assigned wor

Skills and qualificati

  • onsBachelor's degree in law or above, with lawyer qualification certifica
  • te;More than 3 years legal working experience in UK, including working as a lawyer in a law firm and as an in-house lawyer in a compa
  • ny;Relevant working experience in automotive industry, familiar with relevant EU laws and regulations on automotive indust
  • ry;Capable to use local language and English as working languag
  • es;Analyze independently and provide legal suggestions on the potential risks and impacts in business operation, project implementation and contrac
  • ts.Fluent communication skills to exchange with personnel of various internal departments, external entity and lawye
  • rs.Working experience in a Chin ese company is a plus, Chinese language is a pl
