Job Title:                              Quantity Surveyor – Painting and Property Maintenance                             
Location:                             Nottingham       
Salary:                                  Up to £52k
Hours of Work:                40 Hours Monday – Friday
Type:                                  Permanent
Start Date:                        Immediately (flexible for notice periods)
We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor to work with a well-established, painting and property maintenance contractor in Nottingham.
Duties of a Quantity Surveyor      
Cost Value Reporting
Managing Retentions
Site Visits
Variations
Sub-contractor payments and notices
BOQs
Contract administration
It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
2 years’ experience in cost control
