Ecommerce Executive

Responsibilities:nManaging and updating our online storesnOptimising our online store for sales, including product listings, pricing, and promotionsnCollaborate with creative team to ensure that our online store is aligned with our launches and promotionsnEnsuring all online activity is creating a healthy return on investmentnIntroducing efficiencies and automation to reduce errors and productivitynMonitor and report on sales and site performance, and make recommendations for improvementnA/B Testing of landing pages in order to provide recommendations for improving user experience, conversion, average order values, cross selling and upselling etc.nCompetitor analysis – look at what is happening in the industry, and ways to benchmark against other businesses in the marketplacenIdentify opportunities and trends within the market to generate new revenues streams as well as improve existing streamsnManage our wholesale website, accounts and other third party sales platformsnFixing any technical issues that may arise, or liaising with third parties who cannEnsure pages and products are optimised for search engines
Requirements:nMinimum of 2 years relevant and up to date Shopify experiencenWider understanding of ecommerce as a wholenDemonstrated experience of results from previous rolesnStrong business judgement and decision-making skillsnAbility to prioritise the highest impacting activitiesnExcellent organisational skills – managing several projects at oncenStrong attention to detailnAbility to work independently and as part of a teamnProficiency in Microsoft ExcelnExperience with TikTok seller centre
Job Type: Full Time, PermanentnMonday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week, based at our fun and colourful HQ in Leeds (LS12)
Pay: £30k per year, negotiable depending on experience
