Position Overview:nWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marine Superintendent to join our team in Europe and UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine engineering, exceptional administrative skills, and the ability to project manage various maritime projects effectively on site and on board around Europe. As a Marine Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of vessel reactivations, ship conversions, dry dockings, and ship repairs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:nProject manage vessel reactivations, ship conversions, dry dockings, and ship repairs.nEnsure projects are completed on time and within budget.nOversee all aspects of maritime projects, including technical, operational, and administrative aspects.nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute project activities.nPerform site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.nManage project documentation, budgets, and schedules.nMonitor and report project progress to senior management.nProvide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.

Qualifications:nA marine engineering background is required.nStrong administrative and organizational skills.nProven project management experience in the maritime industry.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.nWillingness to get hands dirty and work in various project environments.

Local residence in UK south coast, with the ability to travel to EU ans work when necessary.nLegally permitted to work in the UK and / or EU .nReady to join the team as soon as possible.

The job ordinarily runs 5 days per week with weekends on a duty call basis, subject to vessel's docking into port and based on a TOIL (flexi time) regime.

This job entails a good technical understanding of an offshore vessel operations environment. Our superintendent's- are used to and trained to operate all aspects of vessels engineering and technical systems, classification, dockings and maintenance oversight. Our superintendent team are not just managers but teams willing to be "on the tools" on board ship, assisting with engineering tasks on main engines, auxiliary, electrical and other systems. The ideal candidate will have engineering certification and be fit, healthy and willing to "get the hands dirty".

Tasks include vessel engineering support, system installation and maintenance, mobilising spreads of equipment and teams for offshore and subsea projects together with Scheduling maintenance. Monitoring and supporting of the engineering and maintenance of our PMS systems.
