Our Clients are a leading provider offering finance solutions from a panel of lenders. Specialising in energy solutions, they conduct free home surveys to provide personalised reports demonstrating the savings potential of solar energy.

As a Data Essentials Apprentice, you will play a pivotal role in data acquisition, management, analysis, and reporting. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure data accuracy, generate valuable insights, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

In this role, youll work towards your Data Essentials Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Gather data from various sources, employing both automated and manual processes
  • Cleanse and maintain data integrity by removing duplicates, fixing errors, and ensuring consistency
  • Update data regularly to ensure reports and dashboards reflect the latest information
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure timely and accurate data delivery
  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Visualise data effectively using SugarCRM to create clear charts and graphs
  • Conduct thorough checks to ensure data accuracy and adherence to GDPR regulations
  • Design visually appealing reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder requirements
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvement in data management

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

  • Salary £18,000 Per Annum
  • 40 hours Monday Friday (9am-5pm) (10am-6pm)
  • 30-minute Lunch break
  • 28 days Annual Leave, rising to 33 days (including Bank Holidays)

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software, particularly SugarCRM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Keen interest in data and willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Grade 4/C in Math's and 4/C in English

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Data Apprentice.
