Application Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications or experience in Early Years education.
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment for Early Years children.
• Support the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum.
• Work with small groups and one-on-one to provide personalized learning support.
• Help manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions.
• Contribute to the planning and preparation of activities that cater to the needs of all children.
