Position: Senior DBT Therapist
Salary: £40,000 to £48,000
Hours: 37.5 per week
Type: Permanent - Full Time
Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Senior DBT Therapist to join their DBT service in Roehampton. The role involves managing a program with 4 weekly skills groups for clients, ensuring smooth operations from referral to discharge.
Responsibilities:
* Allocate 1:1 Therapists and maintain a clinical caseload.
* Record comprehensive clinical notes and risk assessments.
* Support funding arrangements for patients.
* Contribute to service development and improvement.
* Represent the hospital at the DBT Network.
* Organize and manage DBT program schedules.
* Oversee new referrals and ensure timely assessments.
Requirements:
* Evidence of promoting/supporting active user/carer involvement/ participation
* Evidence of working as part of a DBT Service
* Professional registration and/or relevant membership.
* Experience in user/carer involvement and working in a DBT service.
* Ethical values and attitudes within a culture of equality and diversity.
* Development of specialist/advanced level of practice skills and able to demonstrate the impact of this on practice change/development
