GSL Education Kent is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors for schools in the Sevenoaks area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating a positive and engaging learning environment, ensuring students receive the support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage classrooms during teacher absences, maintaining a productive and encouraging learning atmosphere
Assist and guide students, ensuring they complete tasks to a high standard
Address general student inquiries and provide constructive feedback after cover lessons
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent teaching approaches and support for students with diverse needs
Contribute to student well-being and help foster a supportive school community
Requirements:
Exhibit a warm and approachable personality
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Show strong organisational abilities, adaptability, and calmness in a dynamic classroom setting
