We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Roofer who has previously worked in social housing.
The role is to work across South East London area (Kennington, Streatham, Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Southwark, Lambeth). .; we are looking for someone who lives in this area.
Experienced Roofer:
The role is to –
* Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance works – social housing
* Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
* Liaise with Client(s) and carry out inspections
Requirements for Job:
* Full UK driving licence
* Time served or qualifications
* Experience of working in social housing
* DBS certificate

This is a permanent full-time position which requires you to travel in and around South East London area (Kennington, Streatham, Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Southwark, Lambeth).
Hours of work are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday or Sunday in 4 required
