About the Role:
Our client is looking for a visionary CEO to guide their dynamic team and drive their mission to transform the world of Web3 banking. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned executive from a leading Web3 or crypto project to take on a critical role in shaping the future of decentralized finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultural Leadership: Cultivate a company culture that embodies the principles of Web3 and blockchain technology, promoting innovation, collaboration, and a decentralized mindset.
  • Board Interface: Serve as the primary liaison with the board of directors, ensuring clear communication and alignment on strategic goals.
  • Team Building: Recruit and lead an AAA+ management team, including an Operational Manager, to guide the company’s daily operations and align them with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Partnerships & Compliance: Establish strategic partnerships, navigate regulatory landscapes, and implement effective risk management practices to ensure compliance and mitigate business risks.
  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions and offline events to engage with the community, enhance transparency, and discuss company developments.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: A successful track record at a prominent Web3 or crypto company, demonstrating the ability to drive growth and innovation in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a talent for fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking company culture.
  • Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide the company towards its long-term goals while navigating the complexities of the Web3 landscape.
