Are you ready to Choo-Choo Choose your next exciting exciting career move? I have a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor that's just pulled into the station
I am working with a tier one client who are embarking on a rail project that'll be one of the first stations added to the Great Eastern Mainline in over 100 years, featuring modern facilities including 3 platforms, step-free access with 2 lifts, a car park for 700 cars, a bus interchange, and storage for 500 bikes, while supporting economic and social development in the area with this landmark project.
Your Day to day will include:
Subcontract Management: Oversee the administration and management of subcontractors.
Change Management: Handle variations and changes in the project scope.
Forecasting & Reporting: Conduct internal and external forecasting, CVRs, and report preparation.
Cost/Value Reconciliation: Assist in the preparation of periodic cost/value reconciliation reports.What's in it for you?:

Demonstrable experince in the civils sector (rail and signalling expeience is a bonus)
NEC experience (Option A and C upstream and downstream)
Quantity Surveying degree or equivelent.
