As Branch Manager for the flagship store, you'll drive positive change focusing on flawless operations and best-in-class customer service. You'll be at the center of developing the >50,000 sqft store to become a true flagship for the brand.


Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running and management of the flagship branch
  • Constantly focus on improving in-store customer experiences
  • Directly managing and supporting duty managers (c.5 direct reports)
  • Working closely with key stakeholders across departments to implement positive change
  • Measure and track operational efficiency and identify areas of improvement
  • Proactively look to decrease branch overhead costs
  • Develop and implement KPIs across the branch
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are strictly upheld


Experience required:

  • Successful track record working in multi-million £ retail environment (>£10m preferred)
  • Proven experience optimising and organising large teams and operations
  • Analytical mindset and experience implementing and tracking KPIs
  • Ability to manage teams across various departments and functions
