Data Collector (Aberystwyth) - Short term July 2024 (8 days in total) to start 20th July


GlobalLogic have a short term opportunity, working in and around Aberystwyth. This role will be working 8 days in total and will involve visiting specific points of interest (such as cafes, restaurants, etc.). The role will involve using a simple app on your phone that you can use to update the information of visited places, such as an address, name, contact information for one of our Mapping clients, in real time.


Anyone with smart phone experience can do the job, and the rest will be taught by our specialists.


You can choose to work full time hours or to spread the work out over part time hours.


Please note you will need a car or bike as there will be lots of travelling


You will also need A mobile device based on Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.5+


This role is to start 20th July 2024 and will need to be completed by 2nd August - it may suit a student looking for a short term summer opportunity


Key skills::


· A mobile device based on Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.5+

· Able to work independently/remotely/travel when required

· Able to use/understand a map

· Able to easily navigate in unfamiliar locations

· Live/stay in or near Aberystwyth

· Good communication skills and ability to keep calm in complex situations
