More about this role:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about talking to people, and will be a friendly and approachable presence for our new and existing customers

What you'll do:

  • Making outbound calls and speaking with existing or potential new customers to inform them of our products and services 
  • Answering questions about our products and offers in a helpful and informative manner
  • Processing customer orders and ensuring all their details are captured correctly
  • Ensuring customers are matched with the best package that aligns with their needs 
  • Work closely with the wider sales team to develop new customer pipelines
  • Providing seamless and world class customer care
  • Staying up to date with our product offers to maintain excellent knowledge to assist customers 

Please note - This is a full time role (37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week) inclusive of Saturdays  and Sundays, on a rotating shift pattern.


You should apply if you :
  • Are self-motivated and have a solutions orientated approach to work
  • Are a team player who can context switch to maximise customer experiences
  • Have excellent communication skills and are able to present ideas and information simply and effectively
  • Can receive constructive feedback to encourage your own development and growth
It would be also be great if you:
  • Have previous outbound Sales experience
  • Have previous experience of working in a customer service, sales or telesales role
  • Are familiar with working with Customer Management Systems along with Microsoft office
  • Are a good communicator and enjoy talking to and listening to customers
