About the Product Development Associate role: 
As the Senior Demand Planner for Europe, you will be a pivotal leader in fostering and managing strategic relationships between the Commercial and Supply Chain teams. You will serve as a key architect in the S&OP cycle, spearheading its enhancement initiatives and owning the Demand Review cycle across multiple country clusters.
The key responsibilities of our Product Development Associate will include:
Leadership in S&OP Cycle: Prepare for and lead the Demand Review cycle for multiple European countries

Generate and analyze monthly base forecasts, identifying key trends to highlight potential risks and opportunities.

key communicator to commercial teams, overseeing service recovery and reviewing forecast consumption on a weekly basis.

Review weekly/monthly reports, analyzing Demand Planning KPIs and providing insightful commentary.

Represent the demand planning function in project meetings ensuring alignment of forecasts.
Previous experience / knowledge required of our Product Development Associate:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use multiple data sources to understand trends

Process-oriented with a pragmatic approach, adaptable to change

Able to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous situations
