Head of Business Analysis - London - £125k - Hybrid

This is the kind of role where no two days are the same. You’ll be right in the middle of the action, shaping the future of the firm and working on projects that will define how it operates for years to come.


What’s Involved?

You’ll be leading the firm’s business analysis function, mentoring and inspiring a brilliant team to deliver outstanding results. Reporting to the Global Head of Business Transformation Implementation, your work will be pivotal to the success of the organisation’s biggest programmes.

Your to-do list includes:

  • Team leadership : Build and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the tools, support, and guidance to thrive.
  • Driving value : Turn complex business needs into actionable solutions that deliver measurable impact across multiple streams.
  • Stakeholder management : Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, keeping everyone aligned and working towards the same goals.
  • Continuous improvement : Bring fresh ideas to processes, tools, and methodologies, always looking for smarter ways to work.
  • Strategic focus : Ensure every BA activity is aligned with the big-picture objectives of the organisation.


What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bags of experience in leading business analysis teams and delivering results within large, complex programmes.
  • A proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, with excellent communication skills to keep everything on track.
  • A BA certification (and the expertise to back it up).
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM implementations would be a bonus, but being able to juggle competing priorities with a smile is essential.
  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
