The Role As Project Manager – NDC Carrier Onboarding , you will lead the end-to-end process of onboarding airline partners to our platform, from contract signature through to general availability. This is a high-impact role requiring strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage all activities related to NDC carrier onboarding. Track and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management. Develop mitigation strategies for potential risks and manage project changes effectively. Foster collaboration and maintain strong relationships with airline partners and internal teams. Ensure alignment of goals, resources, and timelines between our company and airline partners. Identify and implement continuous improvements to optimize onboarding processes. What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Background in technology and/or travel industry is a plus. Familiarity with software development and agile methodologies. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
