About the role:nWe are looking for a Graduate M&A Analyst (Research), to support the firm’s research activities linked to buy-side, sell-side, fundraising and strategic advisory mandates. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who has interest in corporate finance and who has a particular interest in research.nMain aspects of the role include:nSupport the deal team on all research related aspects;nGather market data to analyse trends and help value transactions;nLead various market and/or company specific research projects;nDraft presentations, board reports, etc.;

Personal Skills:nExceptional knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word;nStrong analytical and numerical skills;nStrong organisational and project management skills;nAbility to deliver exceptionally strong output even under time-pressure;nAttention to detail;

Experience and QualificationsnIdeally some experience in a relevant research or professional environment (Academics, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Strategy Consulting, etc);nBachelor’s degree from one of the world’s top 50 universities;nAdditional qualifications like an MBA, CFA, ACCA et., are a plus, but not required;
