GSL Education Kent are excited to invite dedicated individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors for schools in the Dartford area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment, offering vital assistance to students to help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage classes during teacher absences, ensuring a constructive and encouraging learning environment.
Provide support and guidance to students, ensuring tasks are completed to high standards.
Respond to general inquiries and provide constructive feedback following cover lessons.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach and support for students with diverse needs.
Promote student well-being and help foster a nurturing school community.
Requirements:
Display a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills, adaptability, and composure in a dynamic classroom setting.
