IN2Consult are working with a very large hospitality company who needs a Junior Finance Analyst to join the team. . You will need to have a strong background in accounting, have an excellent grasp of numbers, be part qualified & looking to continue your studies & have an excellent level of communication to be successful in this role. Responsibilities -
Ownership of timely and accurate completion of recording on all integration opportunities.
Producing weekly and monthly reporting on opportunities to be used by senior stakeholders.
Continuous drive and improvement on processes.
Perform information validations to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Highlighting and minimising key business risks from the balance sheet.
Understanding and challenging current business practices.
Ensure accurate and timely billing, efficient cost control and driving improvements in the working capital.
Being pro-active in identifying and implementing added value opportunities.
Detailed financial analysis and presentation of financial information to support decision making.
Ad-hoc analysis and presentation of complex financial information in response to senior management requests.
Working closely with the senior management teams to help drive business performance and high- quality financial information.
Identify and drive financial efficiency ensuring the correct allocation of resource.
Provide objective challenge to the business performance and plans.
Provide forward looking insight utilising experience of the past and using financial and business skills.
Support business adherence to the group financial governance processes.
Essential Skills -
Excellent level of communication.
Part qualified (CIMA or ACCA)
Excellent grasp of numbers.
Ability to ensure accurate & timely data transfers. 
Desire to learn & improve.
High level of MS Excel (formulas, sumifs, index match, h lookup)
