Stafffinders are on the lookout for a dedicated General Manager for our guesthouse and restaurant client located in the beautiful region of Fife. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for great food and service, who is comfortable with strategic planning and implementation as well as day-to-day duties.
What you will get in your new role

Responsibilities in your new role as General Manager
- Show a commitment to customer satisfaction and guide your team to deliver outstanding service while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Enhance company performance by reaching goals in profitability, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction through strong leadership and ongoing staff development.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence and continual improvement in staff performance by conducting regular evaluations, training sessions, and fostering open communication.
- Emphasise customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, fostering engagement, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.
Your personality, experienceand qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses prior experience as a General Manager in a sizable, high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment, demonstrating adeptness in leadership to nurture and advance a team. They should exhibit a readiness to challenge conventional practices and embrace innovative concepts. Additionally, they should feel at ease engaging in strategic planning and executing daily operational tasks.
