Salesforce Solution Architect - Public Sector Cloud (PSS) London, UK (Hybrid) 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Public Sector Solutions (PSS) to join a high-impact digital transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to shape enterprise-level CRM strategy, lead multi-cloud architectural design, and drive innovation within a leading UK public sector organisation. Key Requirements (Must-Have) Extensive Salesforce Solution Architect experience Hands-on Salesforce Public Sector Cloud (PSS) implementation experience 12+ years CRM experience Experience within Public Sector or Energy & Utilities domains Strong understanding of business process optimisation & cross-system integration Responsibilities As the Salesforce Solution Architect, you will: Act as a trusted digital transformation advisor for the customer Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-cloud solutioning Collaborate with Technical Architects and delivery teams to shape solution detail Review design and infrastructure blueprints, identifying risks and improvements Support innovation workshops and thought leadership within Public Sector / Energy & Utilities Stay updated on Salesforce, PSS, and industry trends to influence strategy Skills & Experience Strong background in CRM and enterprise solution design Deep understanding of PSS Cloud (mandatory) Knowledge of GDS frameworks (advantageous) Why Apply?
