Role description

The role of the Pharmacy Support Associate within the Pharmacy team & requires a dynamic and patient centric individual who wants to help patients navigate their journey through the pharmacy.nResponsibilities will include but not be restricted to :nAnswering patient queries by telephone and emailnAdministrative duties associated with the processing of prescriptionsnProblem solving basic IT issues patients may have, including the use of Shopify and issues with payments.nCommunicate with members of the pharmacy team and clinic to ensure medications are dispensed in a timely manner.nSupport the Pharmacy team in the following areas:nManaging prescriptions received from clinicnProblem solving minor queriesnFirst point of contact for any quality issues with medicationnSupporting patients to navigate their care within the pharmacy and clinicnSupporting administrative tasks associated with ordering processesnSupport operational and clinical recruitment and onboardingnBe first point of contact for any complaints and incidents, collate feedback and liaise with Head of Governance on complaints and complimentsnReport Incidents and significant events and liaise with Head of Governance on Incident and Significant eventsnLiaise with product and tech support team on technical issuesnWork closely with line manager and wider team on service improvementnAttend work related meetings as requirednTo maintain all mandatory training and familiarity with company policies and SOPSnShift based and flexible working maybe requirednSkills, Experience, and Qualification:

Excellent Communictaionn2 plus years of work experiencenWorking in a healthcare environment advantageous but not essentialnExcellent attention to detailnGood understanding of working a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPsnHigh level of IT proficiencynAbility to work under pressure
