Pay: Competitive Annual Salary (paid monthly) + Annual Bonus + £2000/ annum Night allowance (night shift only).

What will I do as a Shift Manager:
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Krispy Kreme manufacturing process. As Shift Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of employees during their assigned shift, from the shop floor. This includes supervising staff, delegating tasks and maintaining a smooth workflow. As Shift Manager you are responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures, addressing any issues that arise during the shift, and providing guidance and support to team members. You will ensure that consistency, quality, Health & Safety and productivity are maintained throughout the shift and act as the most senior person on site in the absence of the site manager.
What we’re looking for in a Shift Manager:
● Relevant food manufacturing/bakery industry experience
● Experience in continuous improvement processes and methodology
● Leadership and people management skills – experience of managing teams in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
● IT literate
● Good verbal and numerate skills
