Based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, just five minutes from M1 Junction 20, our state-of-the-art workshop is equipped to handle every aspect of mechanical and bodywork restoration to the highest standards. With over 80 years of combined experience spanning Formula 1, Le Mans, and GT racing, our team brings unparalleled expertise, precision, and passion to every project. We are now searching for exceptional self-employed professionals who share our commitment to perfection, thrive in a high-quality environment, and hold a genuine enthusiasm for classic motorsport. Your Responsibilities Preparing race cars for UK and European events Carrying out full ground-up rebuilds and restorations Gearbox rebuilding Fibreglass bodywork fitting and assembly Attending race meetings and test days across the UK and Europe Who We’re Looking For Minimum 4 years’ experience in classic car restoration and race preparation Race team experience is an advantage, though not essential General knowledge of light fabrication and welding preferred A meticulous perfectionist with a strong eye for detail and a passion for historic motorsport Reliable, organised, deadline-driven, and able to follow precise instructions Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude Keen to develop new skills and thrive as part of a successful, supportive team Full UK driving licence (CE certification preferred, or willingness to train) Working Hours Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. Weekend work will be required to support UK and European race events. Salary Competitive and negotiable, based on experience.
