Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the North West. As a Fire & Security Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the compliance and cost management field. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and a strong ability to forecast, manage budgets, and coordinate with engineers and sub-contractors.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgeting
Oversee and manage compliance with industry regulations and standards
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or obstacles
Coordinate with engineers and sub-contractors to ensure all project requirements are met
Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost management, and P&L responsibilities
Utilize best practice models to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
Maintain a strong attention to detail throughout all project phases
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fire and security industry
Strong understanding of compliance regulations and best practices
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and forecast costs effectively
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of engineers and sub-contractors
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
