Commercial Manager - Top 4 Grocery Homebased contract – 2-3 per week in a London based office Package: £50-75k (depending on experience level) plus Car Allowance + Bonus + Package Our client: Well-recognised global FMCG business with a category leading food brands and prominent own label presence Growth oriented and ambitious, with exceptional recent business performance Unmatched innovation capability and agility to launch into new categories As a result of business growth we are now looking for a Commercial Manager to manage a portfolio of Grocery Multiple customers The role: We are looking for experienced FMCG sales professionals to be fully accountable for one of our clients largest Grocery retail relationships across multiple buying points and levels. Reporting to the Commercial Controller, within the role, you will manage key multiple key grocery accounts across their branded and own label portfolio, and be responsible for identifying commercial opportunities for the business As Commercial Manager you will be responsible for driving incremental growth and NPD listings through communicating the unique brand story and meeting customer needs You will be responsible for managing a promotional budget and aligning against JBPs and business needs You will represent the brand externally and attend customer meetings where required This is a high-profile role so influencing and collaboration will be key. Ideal candidate: You will have experience at NAM or SNAM level within retailer accounts. As Commercial Manager you will need strong communication skills, as well as a numerical and analytical mindset FMCG sales background & training, and an understanding of commercial best practices Happy being field based with weekly travel to C London H/O Benefits & details: Field based contract so travel to office and customers expensed.
