Electrical Shift Leader - London £48,000-£52,000 + OT + HVAP Allowance | Continental Shift Pattern | Leading FM Provider Are you an experienced Electrical Shift Leader looking to take charge of critical building services in a fast-paced, high-profile environment This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected FM provider supporting a flagship commercial site in London. The Role As an Electrical Shift Leader, you'll oversee a team of multi-skilled shift engineers, ensuring all PPM, reactive and technical operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards. You'll act as the senior technical point of contact during your shift, delivering high-quality engineering support across a range of critical and non-critical systems. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of electrical & mechanical shift engineersCarry out and supervise PPM, reactive maintenance, and fault diagnosticsManage critical systems including HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, boilers Ensure all LOTO , safe systems of work, and compliance procedures are followedComplete shift reports, logbooks, permit control, and stakeholder updatesProvide hands-on technical support to maintain site uptime and reliabilitySupport critical switching operations where required What We're Looking For Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (C&G Level 3 / NVQ3 / 18th Edition)Experience in a critical or data centre environment (preferred)Strong understanding of electrical & mechanical plantAbility to lead a team in a high-pressure environmentExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skillsHV AP (desirable but not essential) Benefits Competitive salary + shift allowanceOvertime opportunitiesTraining & HV progressionOpportunity to work on a major London site with long-term stabilityCareer development within a growing FM business JBRP1_UKTJ
