The Humble Kitchen are an award-winning company, having won ‘British Street Food Champions of the Southwest in 2022’ and voted ‘Best Sandwich’ in the UK. They take their inspiration from the bustling streets of the Philippines and the rich culinary heritage of the Southeast Asia region. Due to rapid growth, they now have 2 openings for Line Chefs to help run the kitchen down at Dunkertons Park in Cheltenham.
The role:
What you’ll do…
* Supporting other members of the team to run the kitchen
* Opening and closing
* Stock rotation / management
There may be other associated duties connected to this role that would be expected to be carried out during shift.
The candidate: The ideal candidate will be flexible when it comes to working hours as weekend working will be required. This is a hands-on role where everyone works together to help build on the success of The Humble Kitchen.
What you’ll need…
* Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen with customer facing experience
* A full Driving Licence with daily access to your own vehicle (due to location)
* Level 2 qualification in Food and Hygiene
* Previous experience working with Asian Food/Filipino Food is desirable although not essential.

Job title: Line Chef
Location: Dunkertons Park, Cheltenham
Working hours: Full-time, permanent (will include weekend working)
Your shifts will be between these hours:
Monday/Tuesday: 2/3pm – 10//1pm
Wednesday/Thursday: 9am/10am – 10/11pm
Friday/Saturday/Sunday: 8am – 10/11pm
