Mechanical Site Managers

Diamond are currently looking for Mechanical Site Managers to oversee various school projects within surrounding areas of Lambeth Borough for immediate start
£280-£300 Shift 8am-4pm Monday-Friday
Will be working on various existing schools removing old heating systems with ground source heat pumps which are more energy efficient compared to fossil-fuelled systems to meet net zero target.
Requirements
• Must have SMSTS Certification
• Advanced DBS Check (would be preferred but not essential as this can be arranged)
*** Must have experience in renewable technologies with installing Ground Soil Heat Pumps***
Role
• Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager
• Attendance of meetings on-site
• Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
• Dealing with Subcontractors
• Responsible for QA works for the Mechanical package.
• Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub
