About the Senior Relationship Manager Role

As a Senior Relationship Manager for the South, you will drive new business and strengthen relationships directly with clients in the real estate and property finance sectors. This position is crucial for expanding the company’s presence in the bridging finance market, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and delivering tailored financial solutions. Senior Relationship Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive new business in the bridging finance sector.
  • Actively source and build a pipeline of high-quality deals, managing the sales process from enquiry to completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of financial solutions.
  • Identify market trends and client needs to enhance product offerings and remain competitive.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and expand your professional network.
  • Provide exceptional service to maintain long-term relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.


Senior Relationship Manager Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Business Development role within bridging finance or property finance, with a strong focus on direct client interaction.
  • Strong understanding of bridging finance products and their applications.
  • A network of contacts in real estate, property development, or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adept at managing a busy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel to London as needed.


Senior Relationship Manager Package Offered:
