KS1 Teacher - Burnley
We are looking to recruit a KS1 teacher with strong knowledge of the curriculum, and someone who is passionate about Outdoor learning. Does this sound like you?
Tradewind are looking to appoint an experienced KS1 Primary teacher to teach in a single-form entry school in Burnley. This is a full-time class teacher post to start in May. This position comes with a competitive salary which will reflect your experience and will consider all teachers with background experience in KS1.
This is a 'Good' rated school that delivers a rich curriculum that engages and inspires pupils within a safe, inclusive environment. The school is a thriving and happy place. The school is fronted by an experienced Headteacher and dedicated team of staff who work harmoniously and achieve high standards in all areas.
About the Role
The school are looking to appoint a teacher who adopts a patient and nurturing approach to support children at this fundamental stage of development.
We are looking for a teacher who:
Is committed to high quality and excellence in teaching and learning
Has high levels of motivation and enjoys working with children
Can work well as an individual as well as part of a team
Can form strong, trusting partnerships with parents
Demonstrates excellent classroom practice with a strong command of the National Curriculum
Holds high expectations of both themselves and the children.In return the school offers a supportive working environment with children who are happy and keen to learn.

Essential requirements:
QTS Certification (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
Experience in a KS1 setting with excellent references to support this
A CV with 10 years employment history and explanations of any CV gaps
Be subject to an enhanced DBS check and Overseas Police Check (if applicable).
Have a right to work in the UK
