Platen Operator

Extrastaff are currently recruiting for a Elitron Operative for a well-established company based in Enfield which will soon be moving to Bishop Stortford. This is a great opportunity for someone to progress within a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
* Operate platen machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications.
* Set up machines and adjust settings as required for each job.
* Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control.
* Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance on machines.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Key Requirements
* Previous experience operating platen machines or similar equipment preferred.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail.
* Team player mentality with good communication skills.
* Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Hours of work
Days : 06:45am to 18:45pm. Monday, Tuesday, off Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Work Saturday & Sunday, Off Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday, Thursday ,Friday. Also they get 30% extra on Sundays.
Nights : 19:00pm to 05:30am Monday to Thursday (overtime most weekends Friday, Saturday & Sunday Night)
