Electrical Estimator - Design & Build Contractor
The Company
My client are a Design & Build contractor with an in-house electrical division.
They have established for near 20 years and have a strong reputation in the industry.
HQ based near Southwark.
The Role - Electrical Estimator
My client are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their rapidly expanding commercial division.
Responsibilities:
* Take offs from drawings, interpretation of specifications/drawings to project needs.
* Conducting site visits to create scopes of work with existing clients.
* You will be responsible for defining the technical requirements and feasibility of a project.
* Dealing with subcontractors for quotations and making sure they meet the requirements of the project.
* Production of electrical detailed tender bids between £25k-£2m
