This is a *Scotland* based role with an excellent immediate start within a global FMCG brand working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

Role Overview

As a Data Controller within the Technical function. Reporting to the Data Control and Development Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting brand change activities across our clients Scotland, Baileys, Mexico, and China Hub operations. Your main responsibility will be to accurately develop, create, and maintain all product data, including bill of materials setup and packaging specifications.

You'll manage the entire product life cycle, ensuring that new product introductions meet project timelines and KPI targets. Additionally, You'll have the opportunity to develop your change management skills by leading improvement initiatives within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver project data requirements for brand change solutions.
  • Proactively manage the product life cycle, including creating, developing, and updating product codes.
  • Create new material and liquid specifications and manage product obsolescence.
  • Handle shared inbox requests for product and site data on a rotational basis.
  • Generate new barcodes for new product introductions.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years in data management or related roles.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with SAP ECC & PLM is preferred but not essential.
  • Education: Experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
